The CVA can coordinate responses to be sent directly to you or provided as a single presentaion. The CVA will also monitor progress and ensure your deadlines are met.
The CVA arranges site visits from A to Z, including all appointments, logistics and/or personalized tours. You will find the CVA provides easy access to venues and locations that may not always be available to the public, as well as access to hidden gems others may not be aware of.
The CVA provides access to professional destination videos and photography, as well as online materials and printed literature to help planners attract meeting attendees.
A team of talented CVA staff are prepared to support online needs, from housing, registration and conference staffing to destination transportation and logistics.
